Detailed Responsibilities

  • Installation, setup, relocation, and of desktop devices and software applications.
  • Preventative maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of desktop devices including computers, printers, laptops and other office hardware.
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.Maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation.
