Minimum requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field required
- 5 years Desktop support experience
- Own, reliable vehicle
- Good communicator as there are several stakeholders to engage with (onsite store store, Team Leader, IT vendor, IT team)
- Excellent troubleshooting Must have worked on at least two mobile platforms: Android, iOS and/or Windows Phone
- Strong technical skills with hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and testing software applications
Responsibilities:
- Perform asset audit and stock count
- Troubleshoot computer issues related to printing of store and credit cards
- Diagnose issues related to signature pads
- Assists and communicates with customers regarding issues related to their computer or network equipment
