Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level and second-level support for IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT hardware
- Monitor and troubleshoot network, system, and connectivity issues
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and maintenance activities
- Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and adherence to service-level agreements
- Perform regular system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance
- Maintain documentation related to IT assets, incidents, and support activities
- Support users across shifts and be available to work in rotational or night shifts as required
