Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Desktop Support Engineer who will serve as the first line of support for end users. This role focuses on workstation support, peripherals, basic networking, and endpoint security. You will be the go-to person when laptops panic, printers rebel, or users say it just stopped working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
  • Act as the first point of contact for hardware and software-related issues
  • Diagnose and resolve basic workstation, OS, and application issues
  • Assist in configuring and supporting:
  • Network switches
  • Routers
  • Wireless access points
  • Assist in monitoring the network infrastructure to ensure stability and availability
