  • Win 10, Win 11, Remote Support, Domain joining, Meeting setup (Teams, Google meet), MS office, MS Outlook (PST, OST, Rules, Signature, PST backup, PST repair, PST movement), Ticketing Tool (Service request, Incident request, Call Priority P1, P2, P3 & P4), Printers (Local, Network), Basic DNS, DHCP, Subnet mask, Gateway, Access point, Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN, Laptops & Desktops configuration, staging, data backup and data restoration are also part of the scope
  • Hands and feet Support to Infrastructure team: Being 24*7 service offering ,
  • LAP will provide hands & feet support to customer infrastructure and asset team, that includes backup on tapes.
  • Tape ennoblement and transportation to offsite will be managed by the customer asset team in coordination with local security team via set process.
