Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT support team. This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for fresh graduates who are passionate about IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and end-user support.

You will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to internal users, ensuring smooth operation of desktop systems, hardware, and IT services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level (L1) technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and common applications (Microsoft Office, email clients, browsers, etc.)
  • Support desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals
  • Perform hardware diagnostics and basic break-fix support
