Desktop Support Engineer I

Work Setup & Schedule:

• Office-based (Mon-Fri, 8:00AM – 5:00PM)

What you'll be doing:

• User Support: Responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions for desktop hardware and software issues.
• Installation and Configuration: Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of company laptops and software components. This may include setting up new laptops, installing operating systems, configuring network settings, and installing necessary applications.
• Software Support: Assisting users with software-related problems, including troubleshooting software errors, providing guidance on software usage, and installing or updating software applications.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Analyzing and diagnosing technical problems, investigating root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions.
