Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals. The role involves resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure smooth IT operations for end users.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN).
- Knowledge of Active Directory and user management.
- Printer and scanner troubleshooting experience.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
