Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite support for:
  • Desktops and laptops
  • Barcode and MRP printers
  • Handheld, fixed, and RF scanners
  • Ensure smooth functioning of production line IT infrastructure with minimal downtime
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and changes using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
