Job Description
- IT assets and peripherals management.
- Technical support to end-user.
- Installing, testing, and/or upgrade operating systems and/or applications.
- Facilitate restoration of service within the prescribed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Escalating incident tickets that cannot be resolved to upper- level support.
- Performing routine AV equipment checks on conference rooms to ensure usability and readiness.
- Participating in system upgrade activities.
- Submitting status reports to Team Leads and/or Delivery Manager.
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience as a Technical Support is an advantage.
- Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Could quickly adapt to immediate operational changes.
- Good analytical and communication skills (oral & written)
- Must be amenable to work morning and graveyard shift.
