Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level and second-level support for IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT hardware
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network, system, and connectivity issues
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and maintenance activities
  • Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and adherence to service-level agreements
  • Perform regular system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance
  • Maintain documentation related to IT assets, incidents, and support activities
  • Support users across shifts and be available to work in rotational or night shifts as required
