Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite desktop and technical support to end users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and firewall-related issues
Configure, monitor, and support network devices and firewall systems
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when needed
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers or team members
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
