Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktop, networking, and firewall issues
  • Manage and troubleshoot network devices and security firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, FortiGate)
  • Lead and mentor junior team members (for those with leadership experience)
  • Maintain IT documentation and reports
  • Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents to meet SLA/KPI targets

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • 2nd year college completed or College Graduate
