JOB DESCRIPTION They know basic principles, methods, technologies, and practices for their professional field, but usually have limited experience in applying them outside a classroom setting. They handle detailed problems which require standard solutions. They receive general direction from their supervisor, are assigned deliverables and may be part of a team. Performs troubleshooting parts replacement, system upgrades, advanced deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks/ printers. Uses advanced tools /technical knowledge to remediate client problems and conduct scheduled installations. Provides technical feedback on technical process issues to improve overall service delivery. May act as team lead at times and coach team members.
