About the role

As an End User Computing (EUC) Field Support Engineer, you will make an impact by delivering onsite, hands‑on technical support to end users, ensuring smooth device operations and resolving technical issues across hardware, software, and mobile environments. You will be a valued member of the IT Infrastructure Support team and collaborate closely with service desk, infrastructure, and vendor partners to ensure seamless support delivery.

In this role, you will:

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents across desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
  • Perform IMACD (install, move, add, change, de‑install) activities for end‑user hardware and software.
  • Provide onsite “hands & feet” support, troubleshooting issues directly at the user’s location.
