• Laptop hardware troubleshooting



• Comfortable supporting execs and billable professionals



• ServiceNow specifically



Strong knowledge of Windows Operating systems

Strong Knowledge of Office products

Knowledge ServiceNow ticket systems

Established laptop hardware experience

Understanding of mobile devices calendar and mail support for iOS and Android
