Description We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for end users in Palo Alto, California. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, resolves desktop issues efficiently, and delivers a reliable support experience across hardware and Mac-based environments. The role begins on a part-time basis and may expand over time based on business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver front-line desktop support by diagnosing and resolving issues related to workstations, peripherals, and end-user technology
