  1. Strong knowledge and experience as L2 End User Desktop Support Engineer both Mac and Windows
  2. Goods hands on experience in ServiceNow
  3. Good Analytical and team handling skills
  4. Good Presentation skills
  5. Excellent oral and written communication skills
  6. Excellent Presentation skills
  7. Worked as EUC Lead or Manager and handled team of 20+ Desktop associates

Good customer handling and escalation resolution skills
