Job Description

Workplace: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Role:

  • Centralized management of Windows configurations, policies, and profiles;
  • Monitoring new technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in Workstation configurations and functionalities;
  • Preparation of tasks for remote software installation across the computer fleet;
  • Certification of micro software for the PC fleet;
  • 3rd line support for complex Windows configuration issues across the computer fleet, coordinating with vendors and partners when necessary.

    • Profile:

  • Higher education in the field of Information Technologies;
  • Proven experience in the tasks listed above;
  • Solid knowledge of Windows 11, Edge/Chrome browser configurations, and Office applications;
  • Good knowledge of Office 365 from the perspective of managing and configuring the computer fleet;
