About the Role

:
  • Location: Sippy Downs, Sunshine Coast QLD 

  • Roster: Monday to Friday – Office Based

  • Focus: Desktop assessments across various states

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess property damage, validate claims, and estimate repair costs

  • Approve repairs or replacements using competitive quotes

  • Manage complaints, organise follow-ups, and maintain strong service provider relationships

  • Meet targets for repair time, cost, and customer satisfaction, while following safety guidelines

    • About You

  • Trade qualification with at least 4 years post trade qualification

  • Alternatively, a Diploma in Loss adjusting or Assessing or Cert IV in Loss adjusting or Assessing

  • Estimating or previous Assessing experience will be highly regarded

  • Tech-savvy and enjoy learning new systems
