Job Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Desktop Engineer to provide end-user computing support across enterprise environments. This role is responsible for workstation deployment, troubleshooting, hardware support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations for business users.
The ideal candidate is technically competent, service-oriented, and comfortable supporting both onsite and remote users.
Key Responsibilities
End-User Support
Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common business applications
Manage user accounts, password resets, and access rights
Deployment & Configuration
Perform device imaging, reimaging, and OS deployment
Configure laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
Support onboarding and offboarding activities
Maintain asset tagging and inventory records
