This role focuses on providing high-quality desktop and client platform support, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently while meeting agreed service levels. The successful candidate will work closely with users, vendors, and internal IT teams to maintain a stable and compliant end-user environment.
Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level and second-level desktop and client platform support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Microsoft OS, Office, Outlook, and end-user devices
