Desktop Engineer

IT Desktop Engineer (Singapore)
Location: Multiple school sites, Islandwide

Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site IT support at schools, addressing and resolving day-to-day technical issues.
• Set up, configure, and perform maintenance/repairs on IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, AV systems, and tablets.
• Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications, including Microsoft Office, antivirus software, and school-related programs.
• Safely handle, move, and transport mobile IT asset carts/trolleys (up to approximately 100kg).
• Carry out any ad-hoc IT support activities as required by the school or IT team.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support or desktop engineering.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with teachers, staff, and external vendors.
