Job Title: IT Operations Support (Manufacturing Environment)

Overview

As a member of the Run and Support team, you will provide onsite hardware and software support services to end users in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving break/fix issues for PCs, printers, mobile devices, and AV/conferencing equipment, supporting company events, and maintaining accurate asset records. This role is critical in ensuring business continuity, minimizing downtime on the manufacturing floor, and delivering excellent customer service. You will participate in an on-call rotation and offer overtime as business needs arise.
