Position Overview

As an IT Factory On-Site Operations & Maintenance Engineer, you will be solely responsible for all IT technical support operations at Lear's Minhang Zhuanqiao Eagle Ottawa Factory. This is a single-person independent on-site role, requiring strong self-sufficiency and comprehensive IT knowledge. You will be expected to independently handle all IT-related issues within the factory environment and ensure that IT security compliance metrics are consistently met.
