  • Provide onsite hardware and software support services to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving break/fix issues for PCs, printers, mobile phones, and tablets.
  • Diagnose and repair end-user system failures, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripheral equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues from the user device to the network.
  • Perform regular meeting room checks, ensuring that all AV equipment, connectivity, conferencing systems, and room technology are functional for meetings.
  • Support the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of IT, AV, and conferencing equipment for company events and townhalls.
  • Implement virus detection, eradication, and endpoint protection procedures.
