Job Title

The Digital Operations Technician – Colombia provides hands-on onsite IT support for users and workplace technology supporting our Global Integrated Delivery (GID) engineering hub in Bogota. This role delivers in-person support for endpoint devices, workplace technology, onboarding readiness activities, conference room environments, and infrastructure coordination to ensure stable and responsive Digital Operations services for a growing engineering location.
