Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced deskside and remote technical support to end users, acting as an escalation point from Level 1 support
  • IT systems & endpoint support: Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user computing devices, peripherals, and related systems to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Technical troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues, providing both on-site and remote assistance
  • System maintenance & endpoint security: Perform OS updates, upgrades, and patching; ensure endpoint protection tools, encryption, and backup agents are functioning in accordance with IT security policies
  • IT documentation & asset management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, incidents, root cause analysis, and resolutions to support tracking, audits, and compliance
  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting of:

o Windows and macOS operating systems
