Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide deskside and remote support to end users
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and operating system issues
- Install, configure, and support:
- Desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Assist users with:
- · Password resets
- · Email and Microsoft 365 issues
- · Printing and basic network connectivity
- · Log, track, and resolve incidents using a ticketing system
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Level 2 support
- Support user onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain accurate documentation and asset records
- Follow IT policies, security standards, and SLAs
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Min 1 year & above with experience of Deskside Support Experience
