Job Responsibilities

  • Provide deskside and remote support to end users
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and operating system issues
  • Install, configure, and support:
  • Desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Assist users with:
  • · Password resets
  • · Email and Microsoft 365 issues
  • · Printing and basic network connectivity
  • · Log, track, and resolve incidents using a ticketing system
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Level 2 support
  • Support user onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintain accurate documentation and asset records
  • Follow IT policies, security standards, and SLAs

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Min 1 year & above with experience of Deskside Support Experience
