Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Deskside Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support to end users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 deskside and onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and standard enterprise applications.
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, monitors, docking stations).
Support user account management (Active Directory, password resets, group policies).
Assist with network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
Perform IMACD activities (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission).
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when required.
Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
