We are currently seeking a Deskside Support Engineer to join our team in Bangkok, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon Bangkok (TH-10), Thailand (TH).



**_Responsibilities_**



+ _Provide support on IT request and break-fix to NTT customer’s employees in person and through phone calls, chats and emails._

+ _Provision new users with hardware, software, and account setup._

+ _Provide onsite and remote support for multiple locations._

+ _Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems including networking._
