Job Responsibilities:

• Attend consultant and site meetings with the Project Team; coordinate closely with client’s, consultants and sub‑contractors to ensure that all the works carried out meet the desired quality/workmanship, specifications, code requirements and the projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and lead team by outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical work for accuracy and technical outcomes.
• Oversee and manage consultant performance to ensure alignment with project timelines, design deliverables, and authority submission requirements for timely approvals.
