Job Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Design and Estimating, as the Designer you will assist customers with design selections and finalize working plans. You also act as a resource for all design related matters and provide expertise to facilitate the overall project design.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers with design selections, compiling and maintaining all meeting notes.Preparing preliminary plans and confirming with customers for the creation of final working plans.Informing the Sales team and Estimators of any changes and providing customers with the costs associated with the change requests.Creating accurate working drawings and obtaining applicable permits, including Engineer’s seal as required.Attending pre-construction meetings to identify and provide recommendations for the overall project design.Addressing project specific inquiries for customers and c...
