Designer II

Scope of Position

We are seeking a technically skilled Designer II (permanent full-time) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the structural analysis and design of formwork, shoring, and scaffolding solutions across a wide range of projects. Work closely with an industry-leading team of experts to create design drawings, material take‑offs, and custom designs. You will also collaborate directly with customers to understand project requirements and provide technical support. The successful candidate is self‑motivated, a fast learner, and committed to continuous growth. A strong focus on exceptional client service, teamwork, and developing technical expertise to deliver practical and creative solutions is also essential.
