Design Technology Technician

We are looking for a dedicated, organised and enthusiastic Design Technology Technician to join our team at Flint High School. You will possess energy, initiative and a commitment to supporting high-quality teaching and learning within the Design and Technology department. Working closely with teaching staff, you will play a key role in ensuring learners have access to a safe, well-equipped and inspiring learning environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing materials, equipment and resources for practical lessons, maintaining specialist machinery and tools, and ensuring workshops and preparation areas are organised, safe and compliant with current health and safety legislation. You will also support teachers during practical activities where appropriate and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
