Job Summary: The Design & Technical Manager plays a pivotal leadership role within our Local Authority Business team. The postholder is responsible for managing, mentoring, and motivating a small team of lighting design engineers and technicians while also overseeing the delivery of street lighting design work, ensuring technical excellence and compliance across all outputs.
