Overview

Summary We seek a highly skilled and innovative Technical Designer to join our team in developing advanced ballistic armor products. This role combines performance apparel design with high-impact protection gear. The ideal candidate has a background in textile and apparel design, preferably in athletic or tactical wear, and thrives in a fast-paced R&D environment. In this role, you are responsible for finalizing the fit, function, and consistency of Body Armor carrier design by adhering to fit standards and manufacturing methods. Creates block/style-specific patterns and scaled versions of garment patterns for different sizes, ensuring consistent sizing and fit. Uses manual grading, CAD, and size specification sheets to adjust pattern pieces while maintaining the original garment’s shape and proportions.
