Design Team Lead

Lead and supervise a team of 3–8 earthing design engineers;
allocate tasks, review deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met.

- Plan and manage engineering hours and the deliverable register for earthing design projects.

- Ensure adherence to monthly project plans and schedules by monitoring progress, tracking key milestones, and implementing corrective actions where necessary.

- Conduct weekly project review meetings with the Design Function Head to discuss project status, resource utilization, risks, and mitigation plans, ensuring timely delivery of project objectives.

- Mentor junior engineers in CDEGS workflows, IEEE 80 methodology, and design best practices.

- Conduct formal technical reviews and design verification checks before client submission.

- Develop team competency through structured training plans, knowledge sharing sessions, and participation in industry forums.
