Design Review Team Lead

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Conduct supportive and efficient Design Reviews which includes:- performing evaluations of designs at various stages of development before required meetings and compose action items accordingly- attending all required meetings- provide design solutions as necessary- review tolerance analysis- review prints and approve Engineering Change Orders- escalate major design concerns- Support and assist Product Engineers through the various gates of the Design Review Process- Contribute to continuous improvement of the Design Review Porcess and associated tracking tools- EvalauateEngineerign Chane Orders ECOs for Design Review Team approvals.
- Support/assist Team Members/Product Engineers when necessary.
