Job Responsibilities

  • Control the number of re-sent abnormal parts within the production process.

  • Improve the closure rate of abnormal production quality stoppages.

  • Monitor and reduce the scrap rate of production inventory.

  • Revise and maintain Process Quality Control Plans (QCP).

  • Ensure effective implementation of corrective actions for customer complaints.

  • Control the number of repeated complaints in process MO (Manufacturing Order) projects.

  • Be familiar with the manufacturing process and key control points for FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) production.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field.

  • Minimum 23 years of relevant working experience.

  • Familiarity with quality management processes, including process flows and quality control principles.
