ROLE: Design Project Coordinator (Interior Design, Construction, FF&E, CapEx)

REPORTS TO: Designer Manager

LOCATION: Corporate Office in Houston / Hybrid

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Design Project Coordinator with experience in interior design, construction project management, and FF&E procurement to support mainly multifamily renovation (CapEx) and some ground-up development projects. This role is responsible for end-to-end project coordination, acting as the key liaison between Design, Construction (GCS), Asset Management, vendors, and external partners.
