Job Responsibilities: Help to enforce and maintain common processes and standards for conduct of engineering activities, with focus on design change management and control. Provide coaching and assistance for engineering teams in implementation of procedures, forms, work guides, tools, and training material related to design control, configuration management, and other engineering processes. Identify, raise, and resolve inconsistencies and deficiencies for between process/procedure and developed engineering deliverables.
