JOB DESCRIPTION:
DESIGN OFFICER
- Prepare plans, details and documents for either (1) Management Approval, (2) meetings, (3) coordination with different stakeholders (within internal or external relationships of the job scope), (4) basis for budget, estimates and bids, and (5) site implementation. This also includes drawing or document revision if necessary
- Prepare specifications, material and color swatches, OSM checklist and budget, cost monitoring, Architectural blue prints (for Retail Affiliates only) Owner’s Instruction Slip, Request for Information, and all other needed documents for owner’s approval and/or site implementation
- Monitor and ensure the project (inclusive of drawing preparation and implementation as well OSM delivery and installation) are all within the timeline and budget and compliant to SM Standards/ approved design criteria
