- Provide advice, directions and making the decision to any inquiries / requests / complains from Sumitomo Group and customer.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables and milestones to ensure on-time completion.
- Review technical specifications, drawings and BOMs to ensure accuracy and feasibility of wire harness design.
- Develop and coach team members to improve technical capability, project execution and overall team performance.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. And drive problem-solving activities for design, manufacturing and quality issues during project execution.
