Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced MEP Interface & Design Leader to support a major infrastructure or industrial construction project. This role will work alongside an experienced contractor designer and will take ownership of Bluebeam-driven design coordination, interface control documentation (ICDs), and multi-disciplinary stakeholder coordination.

This is a hands-on, design-focused role with no people management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Bluebeam Studio session setup and management, including standardized markup workflows, drawing reviews, and resolution tracking
• Create and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs) to manage scope, interfaces, and design coordination
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Construction, and Commissioning teams
• Manage redlines, approvals, clash detection, quantity takeoffs, and scope validation
