Job Description:

An experienced Design Manager is sought by this boutique Residential Developer to join their team in West Yorkshire.



Duties will involve working with the design team taking redline development plans through the pre-construction process including: layouts, feasibility stidies and initial planning applications, leading to co-ordination tasks when developments are on site.
