Design Manager (Polanco)

Responsibilities
Intermittently functions as project manager, guiding work of team, while coordinating with architects, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed timely.
Participates in establishing direction of brand design, ensuring elements align with brand standards and aesthetic.
Selects, trains, and manages interior design consultants as necessary.
Develops and maintains liaison with all appropriate divisions, departments, and owners.
Monitors the interior design project budget, managing schedules and resources effectively while maintaining quality standards.
Serves as content leader on projects, providing updates internally, utilizing company tools and systems to track and report status.
Develops and articulates conceptual design ideas, effectively presenting and selling plans to senior executives and property owners.
