We’re looking for a Design Manager to lead and support our talented design team within the Sustainabilityproduct area. Our mission is to make sustainability reporting simple, efficient, and compliant — helping companies meet reporting requirements through intuitive, modern software. You’ll guide a small, highly skilled design team working across complex, data-rich interfaces and workflows. Your focus will be to help designers thrive, enabling their growth, advocating for design quality, and ensuring that design continues to play a central role in how we build products.
This is a leadership role for someone who loves empowering others and strengthening design culture across a large organization. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering and Advisory to shape how we build user-centric products — driving modern, collaborative ways of working and championing design at every level.
