The Role

Binnies UK, Part of the RSK Group are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the engineering design delivery of Anglian Water’s PFAS removal portfolio as part of AMP8. This is a new and high-profile programme focused on removing “forever chemicals” from water supplies, primarily through two-stage Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) treatment.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team (circa 15–20 staff) and work collaboratively across the @one Alliance to deliver safe, sustainable, and high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage engineering design delivery for a portfolio of water treatment projects.

  • Provide technical and leadership direction across process, civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
