Design Manager (New Energy - BESS) – HQ Based

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the engineering and system design of BESS, including battery sizing, cable sizing, grid integration, and balance of plant.
• Work with consultants to conduct load flow, short‑circuit, and transient stability analyses for new project development.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including single‑line diagrams (SLDs), functional specifications, and operational procedures.
• Review vendor and equipment specifications, ensuring compatibility with project requirements.
• Manage technical coordination with clients, EPC contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
